Job summary

Bosch in the United States seeks a Production Scheduler to translate the Master Production Schedule into weekly and daily production plans that minimize inventory and maximize service levels. You will drive schedule attainment, communicate changes to production teams, and partner with Materials, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to assure timely parts availability.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in a field related to materials management with 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and mechanical abilities.
• ERP/MRP experience; SAP preferred; CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create weekly and daily production schedules from the MPS to optimize inventory and service levels.
• Provide timely, concise communication to production personnel regarding schedule changes.
• Ensure schedule attainment, adherence, and inventory DOH meet plant measures.
• Collaborate with Materials Manager to maintain capacity plans that support the master schedule.
• Coordinate with Supplier Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering for timely material availability.
• Maintain ERP replenishment signals to ensure smooth material flow and operational efficiency.
• Support changes to Scheduling and Inventory Control processes for ERP upgrades.
• Participate in clear-to-build meetings to adjust production schedules as needed.
