Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Clearance is not required to start.
• Must work first shift.
• No travel required.
• Experience as listed in the requirements may be substituted by equivalent training or service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, issue and control production schedules.
• Coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials matching production needs.
• Advise management on work-in-progress status, material availability and potential production problems.
• Ensure personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
• Schedule equipment and personnel to meet production requirements.
• Confirm material supply and demands align with the master schedule.
• Prepare work orders or purchase requests based on the schedule and inventory needs.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control.
• Schedule and expedite movement of parts through move orders, stock transfers and shipping requests.
