Job summary

RedBuilt LLC is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate manufacturing schedules across multiple locations and product lines. You will work with the supply chain team to balance inventory, timelines, and customer dates, using Microsoft Platform and NetSuite ERP to monitor movements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, scheduling, or related field.
• Strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time management; meets deadlines.
• Self-sufficient with initiative to learn new skills.
• Proficient with computers, email, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in supply chain or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set production schedule across multiple locations and product lines.
• Monitor changes and adjust schedules to meet customer dates.
• Coordinate with plant management on staffing and resource needs.
• Communicate scheduling constraints and participate in continuous improvement.
