Clarios is hiring a Production Scheduler in Saint Joseph, MO, to plan and optimize production schedules that meet customer demand while balancing plant capacity and inventory. The role partners with Operations, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping, acting as a backup to the Production Control Supervisor.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, monitor performance, and drive process improvements to ensure timely shipments and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing production schedules.
• Knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and fulfillment.
• Advanced Excel skills with formulas, PivotTables, reporting, data and trend analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules from demand and capacity.
• Monitor performance and adjust schedules for changes in priorities, constraints, and needs.
• Manage finished goods inventory and analyze demand trends to maintain stock targets.
• Track order fill rates and on-time shipments, addressing gaps as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping to resolve issues.
• Generate and analyze production, inventory, and shipment reports; support Production Control Supervisor.
