Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand planning, forecasting or S&OP functions.
• 3+ years in production scheduling within an ERP.
• Understanding of production rates, MRP, and schedule adherence.
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Experience delivering results across functions and geographies in a matrix environment.
• Experience working with multiple production sites requiring intercompany transfers.
• Proven self-starter with minimal supervision and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns production scheduling process and continuously improves formats and processes.
• Collaborates with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and SIOP to meet expectations.
• Forecasts demand and upholds FG stocking plans and labor forecasts.
• Coordinates material requirements with Procurement.
• Manages inventory and tracks schedule attainment.
• Advises on capacity constraints and lead times.
• Provides insight into production rates and cross-training needs.
• Supports sister sites to align lead times and sales demands.
• Maintains multiple demand reports across work cells.
