Job summary

Clarios is hiring a Production Scheduler for our St. Joseph, Missouri distribution center to optimize schedules and balance plant capacity with demand.

You will coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and accurate inventory levels. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with production planning, and the ability to adapt schedules to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and managing production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables, reporting, data analysis, and trend analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and collaborate across multiple plant functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules based on priorities and constraints.
• Manage finished goods inventory levels and analyze demand and inventory trends.
• Track order fill rates, schedule attainment, and on-time shipment performance.
• Coordinate across Operations, Customer Service, Inventory Control, Receiving, and Shipping to resolve issues.
• Generate and analyze production, inventory, and shipment reports and support Production Control Supervisor.
