Job summary

PARAGON FURNITURE INC is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and optimize production schedules that meet delivery commitments and maximize throughput. You will work with production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to align labor, material availability, and project timelines, while balancing workflow and minimizing disruptions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience with ERP scheduling systems, preferably Odoo.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage master production schedules.
• Sequence production runs to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Adjust schedules in response to shortages, capacity constraints, or rush orders.
• Coordinate across production, purchasing, warehouse, sales, and engineering teams.
• Monitor WIP inventory, production flow, and capacity utilization.
