Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and maintain production schedules that meet customer requirements and operational objectives. You will monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production progress, working with production, shipping, customer service, and transportation providers to ensure timely manufacturing, receipt, and shipment.

The role involves printing production tickets and related documentation, with opportunities to optimize scheduling

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of scheduling experience, or 5-6 years in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to coordinate with production, shipping, customer service and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all production orders to the shop floor and ensure on-time scheduling.
• Process stock orders and date production based on department capacity; communicate issues with operations.
• Track, reconcile, and maintain accurate scheduling data and records.
• Collaborate with production, shipping and customer service to meet delivery deadlines.
