The role emphasizes strong communication, hands‑on leadership, and employee development with opportunities to influence across operations. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, with potential for shift adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to flex hours to meet objectives.
• Experience in a gritty hands-on production environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality systems, and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities.
