Job summary

RedBuilt is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate manufacturing production across multiple locations and product lines. You will work with the supply chain team to balance inventory constraints and meet customer dates using NetSuite ERP and Microsoft platforms.

You will maintain strong relationships with plant management to align staffing and resource needs, ensuring just-in-time manufacturing. A collaborative team environment and proactive communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supply chain, manufacturing, scheduling or related field.
• Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-sufficient and eager to learn new skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Set production schedule from internal orders into production time blocks.
• Monitor schedule changes and availability for work shifts.
• Coordinate dates and timelines with plant and project management.
• Communicate scheduling constraints and actively participate in solutioning.
• Collaborate with procurement for item availability and drive improvements.
