Job summary

EaglePicher Technologies in Joplin, MO, is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to coordinate daily, weekly and monthly production schedules in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with Materials, Production, and Contracts to balance demand and capacity, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred) and at least 2 years in scheduling or supply chain roles, plus strong Excel and ERP systems knowledge.

• Minimum of 2 years in Scheduling or Supply Chain role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Leadership qualities and ability to guide teams when needed.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of customer care principles.
• Willingness to work as part of a team or lead a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP-based planning systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and optimize production schedules daily, weekly and monthly to meet customer demand.
• Review system demands and identify capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with management to improve production performance.
• Address production issues promptly and report on performance.
• Coordinate with Materials Planning to balance demand with material supply.
• Ensure inventory accuracy in collaboration with production and inventory teams.
• Work with contracts to manage system demands.
• Analyze data, generate reports and participate in cross-functional improvement teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and production efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
