Aspen Aerogels in East Providence, RI is seeking a Production Planner / Scheduler to own the plant’s schedule and link demand to capacity. You will translate demand into a sequenced, capacity-feasible plan across casting, extraction, ovens, and packaging, driving execution on the floor.

You will model capacity outlook, manage headcount and shifts, and continuously improve the scheduling process using ERP/MRP and BI tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in production scheduling or planning in manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP scheduling experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain daily/weekly/rolling production schedules from demand and inventory signals.
• Coordinate demand, capacity, and material availability to ensure on-time execution.
• Own capacity model, headcount, shifts, and equipment utilization.
• Release work to floor with sequencing, labels, and travelers; ensure traceability.
• Provide real-time re-prioritization to accommodate downtime, shortages, or escalations.
• Create and maintain scheduling master data and improve processes using D365 and Power BI.
