Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Production Scheduling & Capacity Lead for our Palm Beach Gardens site. The role manages daily and short-term production schedules, balancing constraints across labor, materials, and equipment to meet throughput goals.

You will coordinate with Team Leads and Operations leadership to prioritize work and optimize capacity. Responsibilities include real-time schedule management, data analysis, and continuous improvement of scheduling processes, using Excel and ERP/MES

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production scheduling or capacity planning.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP or MES systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and short-term production schedules by Work Order.
• Sequence work based on priority, material, labor and equipment constraints.
• Communicate daily production goals to Team Leads and stakeholders clearly.
• Ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with operations objectives.
• Own inputs into capacity management tools and analyze load vs. capacity.
