Job summary

J&J Snack Foods Corp. seeks a Production Scheduler / Inventory Control professional to support operations, scheduling, and warehouse activities. You will review daily production docs, develop and maintain production schedules, and ensure materials and labor align with demand while working closely with the production manager and finance.

Proficiency in JDE, Excel, and BI dashboards is preferred. High school diploma or GED required; US salary range posted.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in production planning/ Scheduling is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production documentation and mixer sheets.
• Plan and schedule production in JDE; generate batch sheets.
• Maintain 3-week production schedules and materials reports.
• Update BI dashboards with waste and production data.
• Coordinate with Buyer, Warehouse and Distribution to manage materials and inventory.
