Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Production Planner to join the Orthopaedics team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This fully onsite role develops and maintains production schedules to meet customer and business needs.

You will analyze requirements, capacity, and material availability, drive recovery plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery. Experience in manufacturing, SAP ERP, and advanced Excel is required, with 3-5 years in production

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, or related Supply Chain function.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actionable plans.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain production schedules to support customer and business requirements.
• Analyze net requirements, material availability, and capacity constraints to create executable production plans.
• Monitor production performance and drive recovery plans to address shortages, delays, and bottlenecks.
• Support capacity planning and identify manufacturing constraints impacting output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and production continuity.
• Lead planning reviews and communicate risks, priorities, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Develop reports and metrics to improve planning visibility and business performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning efficiency, inventory optimization, and schedule attainment.
