Job summary

You will manage ship dates, coordinate with production, customer service, and outside services, and use forward and backward scheduling to align resources with demand.

Responsibilities

• Create daily manufacturing schedules using forward/backward scheduling.
• Assign ship dates and manage backlog reports and production communications.
• Coordinate with customer service, manufacturing, and outside services.
• Maintain safety compliance and 5S/SQF guidelines in daily tasks.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork across departments.
