Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably a component or machine assembly environment, as a production scheduler.
• High School or Associate Degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP is a plus.
• Process and detail orientated.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as a connection between the sales team and the production facility.
• Coordinating production operations in accordance with material, labor and equipment availability.
• Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met by forecasting the number of machines to be released.
• Communicating with production personnel and logistics to ensure machines are released from production when due.
• Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
• Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
