Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing or supply chain experience within the MRP environment.
• Knowledge of operations, scheduling and purchasing procedures, MRP systems and their processes, and supply chain best practices.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English and verbal written communication.
• Good MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a valid production schedule that aligns with the master schedule and forms the basis for detailed shop floor schedules.
• Coordinates flow of materials between production stages to optimize utilization and efficiency of resources.
• Coordinates daily with purchasing to fulfill the production schedule on time while minimizing on hand or idle inventory.
• Communicates production commitments to stakeholders across sales, marketing, service, and engineering.
• Identifies and resolves conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order-promising integrity.
