Job summary

CPM Holdings, Inc. is seeking a production planning professional in Iowa to develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and capacity. You will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.

You will analyze SAP MRP data, forecast material requirements, and manage backlogs across multiple plants, driving continuous improvement in scheduling efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
• Fundamental understanding of MRP/ERP structures.
• Experience with suppliers, freight, rail and purchasing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand.
• Forecast raw material requirements from plans and historical usage.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations for materials.
• Validate SAP MRPs and manage material availability.
• Monitor production backlogs and adjust schedules as needed.
• Support continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Maintain SAP planning data and system integrity.
