Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a Production Planner to develop and maintain shop schedules that align customer demand with production capacity and material availability. You will release production orders and monitor progress, coordinating with production, purchasing, and logistics to keep on-time delivery.

The role requires strong problem-solving, disciplined follow-through, and effective cross-functional communication across various teams.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher; degree in supply chain, operations or related field preferred.
• Experience in shop scheduling within manufacturing is required.
• Experience with production planning, order management, and material planning.
• Strong problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and proactive action.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain shop schedules aligning demand, material, and capacity.
• Print, review, and release production orders per schedule.
• Monitor orders and coordinate corrective actions to maintain on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, supply chain, and logistics.
• Identify shortages early and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
• Communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery plans clearly.
