The role prints and releases production orders, monitors progress, and coordinates with production to ensure timely execution of orders.

The ideal candidate solves supply constraints with cross‑functional teams and communicates schedule risks clearly.

Qualificações

• Experience in shop scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and coordinate corrective action.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed shop schedules based on demand, capacity, and priorities.
• Print, review, and release production orders to the shop floor per schedule.
• Monitor open orders, identify risks, and coordinate actions to keep work moving.
• Collaborate with production leads to confirm priorities and resolve execution barriers.
• Review material availability and coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to resolve shortages.
• Communicate schedule status, priorities, shortages, recovery plans, and delivery risks to stakeholders.
• Support inventory planning, production performance, and on-time delivery objectives.
