Job summary

The Walt Disney Company’s ESPN division in Bristol, CT seeks a Production Coordinator to manage day-to-day workforce planning and business operations for Content. You will schedule resources, manage vendors and contracts, and ensure policy adherence while identifying efficiency improvements.

You will partner with Production, Operations, HR and Legal; create data reports, train staff, and ensure timely completion of projects, with flexibility for non-traditional hours during peak production.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years in business, personnel, production, or operations.
• Strong organizational skills with budgeting, prioritizing workload and attention to detail.
• Effective communication to manage high-volume email, phone traffic, and in-person interactions.
• Ability to work independently with some guidance from management.
• Experience in resource management and business operations including contracts/invoices.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce planning and business operations for ESPN’s Content division.
• Plan, request and allocate resources; schedule personnel and/or facilities; review time entry and expenses.
• Analyze content scenarios and create plans within budgets and protocols.
• Educate and advise others on policies and processes; promote adherence.
• Create, organize and distribute data and reports; manage vendor setup and issues.
