Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Program Manager to oversee manufacturing and the full production lifecycle. You will coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget program delivery.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, risk management, and stakeholder communication to support a transition to full-scale production and sustained program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering/related field.
• 8+ years in operations program management, production, or manufacturing (defense/aerospace/complex hardware).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and production workflows.
• Experience launching products with condensed timelines.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, TPS, Six Sigma, etc.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Gantt charts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency, scalability, and cost during development and pre-production.
• Monitor budgets, track progress and address issues for a smooth transition to full-scale production.
• Provide regular status updates to internal teams and leadership.
• Ensure appropriate allocation of materials, labor, and equipment to meet readiness goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact timelines or readiness.
• Coordinate across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, program management, growth, quality and leadership for pre-production alignment.
