Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Production Planning & Purchasing Manager to lead procurement and production planning for multiple lines. You will drive material readiness, schedule accuracy, supplier performance, and SAP data integrity while partnering with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

You will manage a team of four Buyer/Planners and two Planner Assistants, own master production schedules, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• 5+ years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing order creation and supplier management.
• Manage master production schedule and daily planning.
• Lead a team of buyers/planners; assign line ownership.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP pricing, lead times, and master data.
• Monitor KPIs: material availability, schedule adherence, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
