Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Production Lead to assist the Value Stream/Production Manager in developing and leading lean continuous improvement across shifts. You will plan, direct, and monitor shift production, control quality, and manufacturing costs while driving lean initiatives and safety on the floor.

Responsibilities include guiding teams, coaching staff in LEAN practices, performing audits, and ensuring timely shift handovers with other leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading value stream continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/6S principles and safety.
• Ability to train and mentor production staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in planning and directing shift production.
• Lead continuous improvement and value stream initiatives.
• Conduct STOP audits and safety inspections; track goals and reports.
• Train employees in LEAN methods and 5-Why problem solving.
• Perform LEAN audits and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor time and approve weekly work hours.
