Job summary

KDC/ONE is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Groveport, Ohio. The role focuses on coordinating material availability and production planning to meet customer demand while supporting efficiency and financial goals.

The candidate will collaborate across departments to ensure smooth scheduling and on-time deliveries. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of manufacturing planning experience and work with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or materials planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between Scheduling and internal departments to ensure production priorities are aligned.
• Confirm material availability to support production schedules and identify shortages or risks.
• Work with Schedulers and suppliers to expedite or delay material deliveries as needed to support production.
• Communicate priority raw materials, batches, and finished goods requiring testing or release with Laboratory and Compounding teams.
• Assist in maintaining production planning documentation, SOPs, WI, and other required docs.
