Job summary

Tuuci is seeking a Production Planner to develop and manage production schedules that meet customer demand and inventory goals. You will align capacity, material availability, and labor with business priorities while supporting continuous improvement and liaisoning across departments.

Based in a manufacturing setting, you will partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to resolve constraints and optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience required.
• Fluent in English, oral and written; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, material planning, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• ERP/MRP system experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, inventory, capacity, and material availability.
• Prioritize and sequence production orders to support on-time delivery and efficiency.
• Adjust schedules due to demand changes, shortages, or disruptions.
• Monitor schedule performance and communicate risks and updates to stakeholders.
• Determine material requirements and partner with procurement to ensure availability.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Support improvements to material flow and planning processes.
• Collaborate to resolve delays, shortages, or operational issues.
