Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the Stafford, CT area is seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate work orders, materials, and production flow to ensure on-time delivery.

You will update daily schedules, generate ship lists, and collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, Sales and the production teams to meet customer commitments. Strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential; prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production schedules and material flow.
• Maintain production records and inventories.
• Update production schedule daily.
• Produce daily ship lists.
• Provide kit lists for released work orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on outside services/issues.
• Communicate schedule commitments to Sales and management.
