Job summary

TeDan Surgical Innovations (TSI) Houston is seeking a Production Planner to translate demand into executable production plans for machining and assembly. You will partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production to align priorities, materials, and system data, enabling a lean, high-mix, low-volume production environment.

The role owns the production schedule, drives adherence to planning processes, and supports the SIOP process to improve schedule stability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the production schedule by translating demand, inventory, and capacity data into executable plans for machining and assembly.
  • Analyze constraints, bottlenecks, and disruptions, and adjust plans to protect delivery and service levels.
  • Drive planning processes daily, weekly, and monthly, including work order release and SIOP support.
  • Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and NPI to align priorities and data.
  • Maintain high data integrity of BOMs, routings, cycle times, lead times, and ERP/MES signals.
