Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to plan and manage production schedules, integrate XDA data entry with inventory processes, and optimize production capacity to meet customer delivery requirements. The role involves order management, capacity planning, and collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, and sales teams.

1–2 years of experience in production planning or materials controls is preferred, with comfort working in both office and manufacturing

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a production planning/materials controls role.
• Some knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred.
• Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Acts on order releases and exception messages from the company system.
• Processes XDA releases and updates material production requirements in MES.
• Interfaces with inventory control for scheduling and availability.
• Responds to termination and cancellation requests from Sales.
• Releases production orders for materials and purchases.
• Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, purchasing, and supervisors for material status and production planning.
