The production control coordinator is accountable for planning and managing production schedules. They manage XDA data entry and integrate with inventory processes to meet customer delivery requirements while optimizing the company’s productive capacity.
Acts on order releases and exception messages from the company system.
Processes XDA releases and updates material production requirements in MES.
Interfaces with inventory control for scheduling and availability.
Responds to termination and cancellation requests from Sales.
Assists in planning and managing production schedules to meet customer delivery expectations.
Analyzes sales order releases in terms of capacity planning and material requirements.
Orders floor stock with shelf‑life for production.
Reviews sales orders against current requirements and work in process.
Releases production orders for materials and purchases.
Interfaces with manufacturing personnel, purchasing, and supervisors for material status and production planning.
Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.
Manages special projects as designated by the Plant Manager.

1 to 2 years of experience in a production planning/materials controls function or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Some knowledge of manufacturing environment preferred.

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $20-24/hour.
