• Wire and cable industry experience preferred; Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

• Assist the Supply Chain Manager in organizing production schedules for work centers.
• Schedule and maintain manufacturing work centers to support production needs.
• Analyze workload and staffing to assist in resource planning.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to ensure schedule compliance.
• Respond to floor feedback to reduce setup times and increase throughput.
• Monitor inventory and ensure material availability for production.
• Support month-end manufacturing and shipping activities.
• Promote 5S and lean principles in the workplace.
