Job summary

OPW Propane Energy Solutions seeks a Production Planner to align customer demand with manufacturing capacity, ensuring smooth flow of materials and production across operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or Engineering (equiv. experience).
• 5+ years in production planning, scheduling, inventory planning, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP, capacity planning, and inventory control.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and planning decisions.
• Ability to interpret demand signals and develop effective production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute production schedules balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and materials.
• Create detailed weekly and daily production plans for assigned value streams.
• Monitor schedule attainment and performance; implement recovery plans for on-time delivery.
• Prioritize and sequence orders to optimize flow and delivery.
• Verify material availability and identify shortages or constraints.
• Collaborate across Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service.
