Maple Leaf Foods USA – Seattle is seeking a Production Planner to craft production schedules that meet customer orders while balancing workloads across the plant. You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, FSQA and Warehouse to ensure timely releases and mitigate stockouts in a fast-paced environment.

The role starts with 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift, 05:00 start. Base wage is $32.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience, with a strong emphasis on safety and continuous

Formación

• Data-driven planning, inventory control, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
• 2+ years in production planning/scheduling in manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily/weekly production schedules and SAP process orders for finished goods and subcomponents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, FSQA and Warehouse on releases and inventory.
• Maintain long-term production plans based on forecast, capacity, and target inventory levels.
• Monitor schedule conformance and identify root causes of shortfalls.
• Prepare reports tracking KPIs.
