You will collaborate across Production, Sales, Engineering, and Logistics to align launches, manage supplier relationships, and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of planning, procurement and materials management in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in ERP and MRP systems; advanced MS Excel and data analysis.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule aligned with objectives and capabilities.
• Analyze production data: forecasts, capacities, and lead times to create an optimized plan.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, and R&D to incorporate launches and discontinuations into the schedule.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to address bottlenecks, delays, or priority changes.
• Strategically source raw materials and components, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers for long-term partnerships and cost reductions.
• Resolve supplier issues including shortages, delays, and quality concerns.
• Manage supplier performance with regular reviews and performance metrics.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Oversee inventory levels to support production and sales objectives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with tracking and reorder points in ERP/MRP.
• Support cycle counting, audits, and reconciliation to improve turnover.
• Identify and reduce excess and obsolete inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning and procurement with business strategy.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on performance and improvements.
• Develop and maintain planning and procurement reports; communicate constraints and recovery plans.
• Support ERP/MRP system enhancements and process standardization.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay updated on planning, procurement, and supply chain trends.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support audits related to inventory and purchasing.
