Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8-10 years of experience in demand planning, production planning, and materials management.
• 3-5 years of experience leading and managing planners.
• Strong understanding of S&OP / IBP and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of demand, production, and materials planners.
• Own the demand planning process, translate forecasts into production plans.
• Lead alignment of demand, supply, capacity, and inventory through structured planning (S&OP/IBP).
• Direct materials planning to support production schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, Production, and Sales to ensure material availability.
