Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is representing a prominent manufacturing organization seeking a Production Planner in Toledo, OH. The role develops and maintains production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, inventory, and delivery performance.

You will analyze data in ERP systems and Excel to guide planning decisions, identify capacity constraints, and collaborate with operations and supply chain to ensure smooth production flow and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2-5 years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or a related function.
Experience using ERP systems and advanced planning software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage production schedules based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
Monitor production performance and identify capacity constraints or scheduling opportunities.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels while supporting on-time customer delivery.
Utilize ERP systems and Excel to analyze production data and support planning decisions.
