Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Inventory Planning Specialist in Houston, TX to plan, schedule and release materials for manufactured and purchased parts. You will support objectives on inventory levels, scheduling, and customer demand, coordinating with shop departments and Engineering as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in inventory planning, MRPII/ERP knowledge, and strong MS Office skills. Bachelor's degree preferred, with APICS CPIM desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years' inventory control and planning experience.
• APICS CPIM certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Approve, release and monitor production and purchase requisitions.
• Develop and provide input to manufacturing build plan.
• Monitor material shortages and coordinate with Engineering on BOM alignment.
