IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to develop, maintain, and optimize a Master Production Schedule that aligns with demand forecasts, inventory strategies, and production capabilities.

You will translate demand into actionable plans, monitor schedule adherence, run planning reviews with cross‑functional teams, and use ERP (MRP/MPS) and D365 to manage data, BOMs, lead times, and replenishment rules. Strong Excel and BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and master scheduling in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with MPS/MRP concepts and ERP systems.
• Ability to translate demand into actionable production and supply plans.
• Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize a Master Production Schedule aligned with demand, forecasts, and inventory strategies.
• Translate demand forecasts into actionable production and supply plans and monitor adherence.
• Lead scheduling reviews with production, operations, and supply chain teams.
• Configure and maintain ERP planning parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points).
• Collaborate across departments to align supply plans with business objectives.
