Job Juncture in the United States is seeking a Production Planning & Materials Supervisor to convert customer demand into an executable production plan, ensuring availability of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to support the schedule.

The role coordinates Sales, Customer Service, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality to keep production priorities clear and inventory accurate, leveraging ERP to reflect real status; some Spanish language is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the production plan based on demand, forecasts, and capacity.
• Coordinate scheduling across extrusion, drying/baking, and packing operations.
• Manage work orders, BOMs, routing, and traceability to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor plan execution, identify capacity constraints, delays, and risks.
• Lead warehouse activities and ensure material availability and timely flow.
