Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks a Production Planning & Materials Supervisor to translate demand into a precise production plan, ensuring material flow for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

You will lead scheduling, work orders, and inventory control while coordinating with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality to keep operations running smoothly. Some Spanish language is preferred; on-site role in the United States offers competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with ERP systems and master data management.
• Strong inventory discipline and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the production plan based on demand, forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinate scheduling and production sequence across operations to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure material availability and FIFO practices, timely return of unused materials.
• Maintain and verify ERP data, work orders, and traceability.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between Planning, Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service and Quality.
