Job summary

Dover Precision Components in Antigo, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Planner to manage the master production schedule for the Waukesha Bearings line. You will partner with manufacturing, purchasing, and customer service to forecast demand, schedule production, and ensure on-time delivery at a fast pace.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing or demand planning, Excel proficiency, and a U.S. citizenship for ITAR/UNNPI compliance.

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in manufacturing and/or demand planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills for managing production plans.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen (due to ITAR/UNNPI regulations).
Experience using Syteline ERP system.

Responsibilities

Create and manage the master production plan based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with material availability, lead times, and capacity.
Monitor order progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
Release materials from stock and distribute job packets to value streams.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling and materials flow.
