Job summary

Dover Precision Components is hiring a Production Planner for our Waukesha Bearings brand, based at our Antigo, Wisconsin facility. This role requires US citizenship due to a government client.

You will develop and manage the master production schedule, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive on-time delivery across value streams. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing or demand planning, strong Excel skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing and/or demand planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for planning and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR/UNNPI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the master production schedule based on orders, forecasts and capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with material availability and lead times.
• Monitor shop floor progress and adjust schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and analyze forecast data for improvements.
