Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to ensure accurate planning parameters within a Lean environment and to follow up on production orders for customer and internal demand.

You will analyze work center loads, manage material availability, and support cross-plant projects with a focus on on-time delivery. The role requires 5+ years in production planning, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP.

Formación

• Experience in planning within a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret manufacturing requirements.
• Strong collaboration with operations, engineering and purchasing.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer demand and communicate feedback to Customer Service and Sales.
• Determine material quantities and ensure availability to meet demand; release shop orders.
• Proactively communicate scheduling issues and opportunities to meet deliveries.
• Confer with supervisors to determine status of scheduled work.
• Serve as information hub for delivery schedule issues and impacts.
