Job summary

Kids for the Future in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Production Control Planner to bridge production, inventory, and customer fulfillment. You will schedule production, coordinate capacity and materials, and drive on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with floor supervisors, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to maintain accurate ERP/MRP records, manage scrap, and optimize material flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/ manufacturing engineering, ops management, or related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain concepts.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, and APS tools.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production to meet customer demand and internal targets.
• Coordinate with floor supervisors to align daily operations with plans.
• Monitor deadlines, capacity, materials, and order requirements.
• Manage inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain records in ERP/MRP systems.
• Track material flow, scrap, and waste to improve yield.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality teams.
• Generate reports on production progress and inventory status.
• Oversee subcontractors or vendors where applicable.
