Job summary

Matrix Adhesives Group seeks a Production Planner to provide material and production planning support for North America. You will manage inventory levels, plan production materials to meet customer and financial needs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring order patterns, coordinating inventory changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Lean improvements and effective MRP updates using ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing, inventory planning, Lean Manufacturing, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics MRP), Demand Planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer order patterns and adjust replenishment plans.
• Coordinate inventory additions/deletions and new product introductions.
• Analyze manufacturing, inventory, and customer data to develop decision-support tools.
• Support ERP database management for BOMs, packaging, routings, and MRP updates.
• Interface with customer service and sales to ensure materials plan meets needs.
• Lead Kaizen and Lean initiatives.
