Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a Production Planner to manage inventory depth targets and forecast demand for specific product categories at our Eastpointe office in Issaquah, WA. You will oversee projections, replenish inventory with partners, and collaborate with the Production Planning Assistant to expedite orders while ensuring accuracy of product descriptions and policies are followed.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular office hours and a discretionary annual bonus up to 10%

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applicable work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Responsive to staff needs including professionalism, respect, and consideration of others.
• Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
• Be able to work under pressure within a time frame.

Responsibilities

• Accurately analyze and forecast style, color and size demand for specific product categories.
• Manage monthly projections and adjustments.
• Manage and develop orders to support target depth of inventory and flow plans
• Review website to ensure product descriptions and other information is accurately presented.
• Proactively react to changes in business and work with internal/external partners to replenish inventory as quickly as possible.
• Partner with Production Planning Assistant to monitor orders and to expedite as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
