Job summary

SanMar Corp. in Issaquah, WA seeks an experienced Inventory Analyst to forecast demand by style, color and size, and to manage monthly projections and adjustments.

You will develop orders to support target inventory depth, review product descriptions for accuracy, and work with partners to replenish inventory quickly. This role requires 6+ years of experience (or equivalent education), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applicable work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions with little supervision.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Responsive to staff needs including professionalism, respect, and consideration of others.
• Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment.
• Be able to work under pressure within a time frame.

Responsibilities

• Accurately analyze and forecast style, color and size demand for specific product categories.
• Manage monthly projections and adjustments.
• Manage and develop orders to support target depth of inventory and flow plans
• Review website to ensure product descriptions and other information is accurately presented.
• Proactively react to changes in business and replenish inventory quickly with partners.
• Partner with Production Planning Assistant to monitor orders and to expedite as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
