Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production planning or related field (cosmetics/beauty preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and execute short- and long-term plans aligned with business objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate monthly finished goods production plans and component supply requirements
• Maintain accuracy of production planning parameters in systems
• Set production priorities and communicate timelines to Demand Planning
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on plans
• Manage inventory levels across finished goods, WIP, and components
• Build and maintain planning tools to support scheduling and decision-making
• Oversee depletion of obsolete components and transitions to new materials
• Analyze SKU-level lead times to improve reliability and reduce risk
• Support special program planning and performance analysis
