Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner II to join our Planning team in Neenah, WI.

You will schedule manufacturing assets in the ERP/MRP system, balance service levels with operating efficiency, and collaborate with sales, customer service and operations to meet customer needs. You will drive short- and mid-term capacity planning, manage inventory strategies, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to execute continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Supply Chain Management degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and demand planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to view, modify, and analyze reports.
• Self-motivated with a high level of personal drive.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily production schedules for assets in the ERP/MRP system.
• Manage short- and medium-term capacity outlook and identify bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with operations leaders to align staffing levels, overtime, and downtime weekly.
• Oversee inventory strategy to balance service levels with cost.
• Make rerouting and outsourcing decisions to manage overcapacity with outside service providers.
• Collaborate with customer service to provide accurate dates and fulfill quantities.
• Partner with planning team to share coverage and ideas.
• Generate work and purchase orders in response to demand.
• Support sales and marketing during initiatives affecting manufacturing (seasonality, launches).
• Assist R&D by scheduling trials to unlock growth potential.
• Adapt to changing needs and execute levers to exceed goals.
• Work with other supply chain functions on continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
